- Responsible for leading the company’s efforts in sales, presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts, internal training, assessment services and proposals related to portfolio and value proposition.
- Cold calling/ Lead generation, Follow up , Conversion.
- Approach and analyze the customer’s business and technology requirements and developing customized solutions to fit the need.
- Work with Central Support and Product Development to identify and implement new opportunities within major accounts.
- Drive and coordinate account planning sessions when appropriate based on revenue potential.
- Protect and increase a profitable revenue stream within current accounts.
- Sustain and grow the usage of the company’s products and services within their account base.
- Support the marketing efforts of the company through attendance at company and industry events.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- • Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills
- 3-5 years in sales with numbers orientation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
- Experience closing enterprise level deals
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Proven success rate at levels above quotas
- Strong organizational skills
- Energetic, Self-motivated, Result oriented and Teamwork player
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Flexible to travel or work in Klang Valley, West and East Malaysia.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malay/Mandarin
- Own car / motorcycle and valid driving license
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least 1-3 years of experiences in dealing with sales of IT Product or solution is a must
